Our team really loves doing lunch pot lucks. We’ll either do them for a certain time of year or pick a theme and everyone brings a dish to share around the table. It’s a great way cost effective way for everyone to get together and share some Kai around the table.
I would definitley agree with the suggestion! As a workplace culture manager any initiative around food brings people closer together.
Free fun can be easy, run a quiz, dress up days, think like a kid or what kids do at school.
